Terms of Use

Effective July 15, 2026

These terms govern your use of celerisgrowth.com. Separate proposals, order forms, statements of work, or service agreements govern paid client services and control if they conflict with these website terms.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, chat widget, booking tools, demonstrations, or other website features, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. About Celeris Growth

Celeris Growth provides AI receptionist, marketing automation, CRM, website, lead-management, and related consulting and implementation services for businesses. Information on this website is for general informational and promotional purposes and is not a binding offer.

3. Eligibility and business use

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement to use this website. If you use the website for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.

4. Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful purposes to learn about our services, communicate with us, and schedule a demonstration. You may not:

  • Use the website to violate law or the rights of others.
  • Submit false, deceptive, unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or data.
  • Probe, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or introduce malicious code into the website.
  • Use automated systems to extract content or interfere with other visitors.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation or authority.

5. AI interactions

Some interactions may be handled or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Do not submit sensitive personal information, health information, financial credentials, government identifiers, trade secrets, or confidential third-party information through public-facing AI or chat tools.

6. Demonstrations and appointments

Booking an appointment does not create a client, agency, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or other professional relationship. We may reschedule or cancel appointments when reasonably necessary. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for managing your communication preferences.

7. Client services

Paid services require a separate written agreement, proposal, order form, or statement of work describing scope, fees, responsibilities, data processing, intellectual property, service levels, and termination. No website statement modifies an executed client agreement.

8. No guaranteed results

Marketing, automation, AI, SEO, lead-generation, and business results depend on many factors outside our control. Examples, projections, case studies, and demonstrations are illustrative. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, we do not guarantee revenue, rankings, lead volume, appointment volume, conversion rates, cost savings, uptime, or any particular business outcome.

9. Intellectual property

The website and its branding, copy, layouts, graphics, software, and other materials are owned by Celeris Growth or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for ordinary business evaluation, but may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Feedback and submissions

If you provide suggestions or feedback about our website or services, you grant us permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. You retain ownership of other materials you submit, subject to the rights reasonably necessary for us to respond to your request and provide requested services.

11. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including scheduling, CRM, communications, automation, AI, analytics, and payment platforms. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or separate terms and policies.

12. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celeris Growth and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from website use. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability relating to the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). This limitation does not alter liability established in a separate signed client agreement.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Celeris Growth from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your submitted content, or your violation of these terms or third-party rights.

15. Changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue website features and may revise these terms. Updated terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the U.S. state where Celeris Growth is legally organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction remain unaffected. A separate signed client agreement may specify different law, venue, or dispute procedures.

17. Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

18. Contact

Questions about these terms may be submitted through the chat widget at celerisgrowth.com or through our contact and booking page.
